We will bring your purchase to your vehicle and assist in the loading.

DROP-OFF DELIVERY

Perfect for the do-it-yourselfers or when your builder or remodeler is handling installation. We will deliver up to 5 items (left in carton), to a garage or other secure area. Unpacking of items is not included. Cartons may be opened for inspection. Since this is a "Drop-Off" delivery, no haul-a-way of old, or other services are available.

FULL-SERVICE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

We try to take the worries away! Our goal is to efficiently deliver, unpack, install, test, clean up and leave your free-standing appliance (up to 5) ready to use. Deliveries are done by our own professional delivery teams, in our own fleet of vehicles.

Included Services are:

• Delivery Confirmation: We call you between 8am-9am on the day of delivery to confirm delivery.
• Time Estimate: We will advise if delivery should be expected "Before 1pm" or "After 12 noon."
• Call Ahead: We're in touch with our drivers and can contact you, if requested, at a specified time before your delivery. Let us know your preference and we'll try to accommodate.
• Unpacking, Installing, Leveling, Testing of Appliances and TVs: (Televisions cannot be tested if outside temperature is below 35°F.)
• Change of Door Swing for Refrigerators or Dryers (must be requested prior to delivery.)
• Flexible Gas Line or Electric Cord: to attach to your connections, as needed.
• Connection of Existing Flexible Water Line: to refrigerators (if applicable.)
• Installation of "In-Line" Water Filters: if purchased from B & B Appliance.
• Haul-a-Way:
• Removal of Carton & Packaging

*Full-Service delivery and installation applies to free standing appliances, TV’s and bedding. Built-in products such as, but not limited to dishwashers, OTR microwave ovens, wall ovens, cook tops require additional optional installation services not included in our deliver service.
